All Wordio’s content writing subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.  That means that we offer a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase.

Recurring Payments

All Wordio members receive an automated email sent to the payment email that’s associated with your account (3) days and (1) day before your subscription billing recurs.

Please Note: Any subscription re-bill payments are ineligible for a refund if you have used any content requests after the recurring payment transaction has be processed.

Refund Processing Times

Upon receiving a refund request, Wordio will reach out to you to gather information and see if we can help resolve the issue.  If we’re unable to resolve the issue, the Wordio team immediately issues a refund with our payment processing partner.

We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.  Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/debit card.

Please Note: Average refund processing times are around 3-7 business days to reflect back in your bank/payment method.
